At Wilkinson Cowan Partnership, safety isn’t just a box to tick, it’s a core part of who we are and how we work. As we mark Construction Safety Week 2025, we’re getting behind this year’s theme, “All in Together”, which highlights the shared responsibility we all have to keep our sites safe.
Construction Safety Week is an important moment for the industry to come together and refocus on what really matters, protecting the people behind every project. With over 30% of fatal workplace accidents in the UK last year happening in construction, it’s clear there’s always more we can do.
This year’s message is a powerful one: when it comes to safety, no one works alone. From planning tasks in detail and spotting high-risk hazards, to encouraging everyone on site to speak up if something doesn’t feel right, it takes a team effort to create a culture of safety.
Our Commitment to Safer Sites
Since 1980, Wilkinson Cowan has been supporting clients across the North and Midlands with trusted building consultancy services. That includes quantity surveying, project management, building surveying and health and safety support.
We know how complex construction safety can be, which is why we work closely with our clients to navigate regulations, plan ahead and put the right measures in place. For us, it’s all about being proactive, keeping communication open and constantly learning.
Construction Safety Week is a great reminder that safety is never “done”. It’s something we build, together, every day. And at Wilkinson Cowan, we’re proud to be part of that effort, not just this week but all year round.
