We’re delighted to share that our team has been appointed to the £500 million JV North Social Housing Framework. This major initiative will see 3,000 new homes built across the North West over the next four years.
Our appointment marks an exciting opportunity to contribute to one of the region’s most ambitious housing programmes, working alongside a consortium of leading contractors and consultants to deliver much-needed affordable homes and thriving communities.
As part of the framework, we’ll be supporting JV North members by providing a range of specialist consultancy services, including Employer’s Agent, Purchaser’s Agent, Clerk of Works, and Principal Designer. This diverse range of services highlights the depth of expertise across our organisation and our ability to provide a truly comprehensive service – ensuring quality, safety, and value at every stage of delivery.
We’re incredibly proud that our team’s knowledge and experience will play a role in helping JV North members achieve their shared goal of building high-quality, sustainable housing for local people.
