With a distinguished career in the Construction Industry, and since becoming a Chartered Quantity Surveyor in 1998, Andrew has consistently focused his expertise on the housing sector. His extensive practical knowledge and hands-on experience uniquely position him to comprehend and tackle the various challenges encountered within this sector. He expertly applies this experience in the successful delivery of multi-tenure schemes, whether procured through frameworks or land-led developments.
Andrew takes on responsibility for an array of projects, encompassing new builds and refurbishments, some of which feature Heritage elements. His involvement in these projects spans the entire lifecycle, from inception to completion. Collaborating closely with Clients and Designers, he orchestrates all sides of project delivery, demonstrating a holistic approach to his work.
As he looks toward the future, Andrew remains steadfast in his commitment to nurturing client relationships and executing housing sector programs with excellence. Equally, he is dedicated to guiding and mentoring the younger members of the WCP Team, empowering them with a profound understanding of the industry.
Beyond work life, Andrew indulges in personal interests that underscore his well-rounded nature.
