Blair embarked on his journey in the Construction Industry back in 1993. Prior to his arrival at WCP in 2023, Blair was employed as a Project Manager at Watkin Jones, a UK developer specialising in purpose-built student accommodation. Over the years, his career has encompassed the management of a substantial portfolio of projects valued at over £200 Million, providing him with a wealth of experience and expertise.
Blair’s current role grants him the opportunity to engage in a diverse array of construction projects while developing relationships with a range of industry professionals. As he looks ahead, Blair aspires to witness WCP’s continued growth and prosperity, nurturing its success in the construction industry.
His enthusiasm for his work has evidently made an impact, as both of his sons have followed in his footsteps and embarked on careers in Quantity Surveying.
Beyond the world of project timelines, Blair finds enjoyment in football, cherishing the camaraderie it offers. Socialising and embarking on exciting holidays further add layers to his personality, allowing him to strike a harmonious balance between his professional and personal life.
