Mark Jensen boasts a journey in the construction industry which commenced in 1993. Before joining WCP in 2015, he charted his path as a solo practitioner for 10 years. During this period, WCP stood as one of his esteemed clients. A strong rapport with WCP became the foundation for his full-time commitment to the business, bringing with him insights from both the client and consultant perspectives.

With a background and expertise in Building Surveying, Mark’s appointment as Director at WCP marked a significant turning point. He played a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing the Building Surveying Team at WCP, setting a goal for its continued expansion and prosperity.

Mark takes pride in his exceptional ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients and customers. His skill extends to adeptly managing situations and employing logical and creative thinking to articulate ideas, tasks, and information clearly and concisely.

One of Mark’s most significant achievements has been obtaining Fellowship with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Beyond his professional endeavours, Mark holds a passion for global exploration through travel. His future aspirations include experiencing even more European cities and venturing to distant lands, such as Japan and the Far East.

  • BSc Hons Building Surveying degree at UCLAN 
  • FRICS – Fellow of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors 
  • C. Build FCABE – Fellow of The Chartered Association of Building Engineers 
  • NRAC Consultant – Consultant with the National Register of Access Consultants
  • IMaPS – Incorporated member of The Association for Project Safety• APAEWE – Advanced Professional Award in Expert Witness Evidence
