In 2017, fresh out of college, Thomas embarked on his professional journey with WCP, enrolling in a Degree Apprenticeship in Quantity Surveying. His time with WCP has already been marked by significant accomplishments, including the attainment of a prestigious First-Class BSc Degree in Quantity Surveying.
Thomas has set his future sights on becoming a Chartered Quantity Surveyor through the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) and is actively progressing along his APC journey to achieve this goal.
Thomas’s role at WCP is multifaceted, encompassing various disciplines such as Quantity Surveyor, Employer’s/Purchaser’s Agent, and Contract Administrator. This diverse array of responsibilities is educating Thomas with a wealth of experience in different areas of the industry, fostering independent working—an essential component of his APC journey. Thomas relishes the flexibility that comes with working both onsite and in the office, allowing him to adapt seamlessly to varying demands.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Thomas finds great exhilaration in watching Formula 1, with a broader fascination for motorsports and the motor industry. He conscientiously tends to his physical and mental well-being by going to the gym, playing golf, and delving into books. This approach to life demonstrates his commitment to both professional growth and personal fulfilment.
