We are pleased to confirm that contracts have been signed and works are now underway on a new Potato Processing Factory in Adlington.
The scheme is being delivered for E. Park & Sons Ltd, a long-established business within the food production sector, with Williams Design & Build appointed as main contractor.
This project marks an important milestone for the client, supporting continued growth and investment in modern processing facilities. The development will deliver a purpose-built environment designed to meet the operational, technical and compliance requirements of a contemporary food production facility.
Wilkinson Cowan Partnership has been appointed to act as Employer’s Agent and Principal Designer (CDM) on the scheme. In our role as Employer’s Agent, we will oversee the contractual and commercial administration of the project, ensuring that quality, programme and cost objectives are achieved. As Principal Designer under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, we are responsible for coordinating health and safety during the pre-construction phase and supporting compliance throughout delivery.
